Siân Bryant has over 20 years experience in senior management roles with Marks and Spencer and Nationwide Building Society. She has advised many organisations at board and director level on recruitment, talent management and succession planning.
She has designed and delivered development programmes for all levels of management and actively mentors HR leaders and their teams. She is an accredited Coach Mentor and holds an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from the OCM.
She is qualified to administer many psychometric tools such as Myers Briggs and Firo B. Siân is also a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
