We recognise the title is a bit intense and as a result it may be the kind of thing you'd move quickly past in Waterstones! But please stop and consider it. For anyone who suffers at the hands of an 'inner-critic' (and in our experience that's a great many of us) this is essential reading. Accessible and challenging, it is full of remarkable insights and practical exercises.
